What is the Medical Criteria to join Indian Army Rally (JCO / OR Enrolment)?
- A candidate should have robust physique and good mental health.
- Chest should be well developed having minimum 5 cms expansion.
- Should have normal hearing with each ear and good binocular vision in both eyes. He should be able to read 6/6 in distant vision chart with each eye. Colour vision should be CP – III (able to recognize white, red and green signal colours correctly as shown by Martin’s Lantern at 1.5 meters).
- Should have sufficient number of natural healthy gum and teeth i.e. minimum 14 dental points.
- Should not have diseases like deformity of bones, hydrocele and varicocele or piles.
- Soldier General Duty for Infantry should have 6/6 eye sight.
What is the procedure to Apply Online for Indian Army Rally 2020?

- Click on Apply / Login link under JCO/OR information (or click here).
- Start New Registration (If you don’t have an account already) or Enter Login under Already Registered block.
- Enter required information
- Save
- At Registered user dashboard, click Apply on Category You are Eligible
- Once you read instructions, you can continue to next step
- Enter required information at each of the following step (including personal, communication, non-dispensation / sports / NCC and education) & continue
- Once you submit all information, carefully check the Summary of Your Information
- Submit Now
- Successful submission of application
- Roll No is Generated by system (you will require this for Indian Army Rally)
- Download & Print Admit Card 10-15 Days Prior to 1st day of the Rally
What documents / certificates are required to bring to the rally site?
Candidates, who apply to Indian Army Rally, are required to bring following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site :-
- Admit Card printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper
- Photographs. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised/photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
- Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidates i.e Matric/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognised School/College/Board/University.
- Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
- Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate.
- Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM. (If religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
- School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster.
- Character Certificate with photograph issued by under
mentioned authority within last six months from the date of candidate being screened - Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.
- Relationship Certificate. Son of Servicemen/Son of Ex Servicemen/Son of
Widow/ Son of War Widow Candidates - NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate
should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. - Sports Certificate. (i) Sportsmen who has represented India at International level and State at National level within the last two years (ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level with 1st/2nd position within last two years.
- Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate.
- Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card &
