Educational Qualification & Experience
For Consultant (Admin & Accounts), candidates must have retired from Admin & Accounts Cadre in Group A or Group B and should possess sound knowledge of Government rules, procedures, and computer applications. For Consultant (Drivers), candidates must have retired from Driver Cadre-I and must hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle and Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence issued by a competent authority.
Salary
Selected Consultants will be paid a fixed monthly remuneration equivalent to 50 percent of the last pay drawn plus 50 percent of the Transport Allowance drawn at the time of retirement. No Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, General Provident Fund, or Gratuity will be admissible.
